If you can ride a standard bicycle, you can ride a cargo bike! However, the longer wheelbase and extra weight do take a few miles of practice. Cargo trikes are even easier because they remain upright and stable when you stop at traffic lights.

Yes, we have delivered bikes to every continent (including Antarctica !). However, because cargo trikes are large, international shipping can be expensive. Please email us for a bespoke shipping quote.

Yes, we can arrange test rides at our South Derbyshire workshop. Since every bike is made-to-order, please contact us in advance to see which models are currently available for a trial.

Yes! We work with professional graphic designers to provide high-quality, UV-resistant, and laminated vinyl wraps. We can apply logos to the frame or provide full box wraps to turn your cargo bike into a mobile billboard.

We build our bikes using standard bicycle components. This means any local bike shop can service your brakes, gears, and tyres. You don’t need a specialist technician. If you are near Derbyshire, you are also welcome to bring your bike back to our workshop for an annual inspection.

Unlike mass-produced imports, every one of our bikes is hand-built in Derbyshire, UK. This allows us to offer 100% customisation. If you need a trike built 3cm narrower to fit through a specific side gate, or a custom bracket for an umbrella or coffee machine, we can build it for you.
